After the largest acquisition in the industry in 2014, Arcis went from owning and operating 5 to 65 clubs. Throughout this acquisition, Arcis maintained its philanthropic efforts. However, Pat explained, they did not have a centralized way to manage course donations or track and optimize charitable activity. The operations for handling donation requests was completely different for each club.
Pat heard about OneSpare and thought it would be a great system to streamline his processes. To be sure, he and the Arcis team performed a beta test on a handful of clubs in different markets.
